President
Diane Sirois

Diane Sirois currently serves as TBW President and has held nearly every office on the Executive Committee. She is a graduate of the first class of Texas Leadership, a certified IDP Train the Trainer Facilitator, and a strong supporter of our mentoring and training programs.

Diane is the Vice President of Finance and proprietor of Classique Jewelers in Frisco. She is a member of Retailer & Jewelers Organization, Independent Jewelers Organization, Jewelers of Americas and Texas Jewelers Association. She graduated from Madawaska High School and has attended Paradise Valley Community College, Scottsdale Community College, and the University of Phoenix Online.

In her spare time she enjoys reading and scrapbooking and volunteers with the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary and Clothe-a-Child. Diane and her husband, Bob, have 2 children, Eric and Craig, and a daughter-in-law, Nicole. They also have two grandchildren, Ethan and Madison.

President-Elect
Kendra Kinnison

Serving as TBW President-Elect, Kendra Kinnison, MBA, CPA, is a seasoned entrepreneur. She's currently the Managing Member of Kinnison & Co., LLC, a CPA and consulting firm and the Chief Financial Officer of 3eWerks, Inc, a company focused on revolutionizing the way people live and transforming the way their homes and buildings operate.

Kendra has been a member of TBW - Corpus Christi for 16 years and has served as local organization President and Region Director twice, as well as State Treasurer. She was also instrumental in developing the curriculum for the Leadership Institute.

Kendra is active in the Momentum 2015 Steering Committee and the National Alumni Association of Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and the Advisory Board of the College of Business. Kinnison is also a board member of the Volunteer Services Council of the Corpus Christi State School and KEDT-TV public broadcasting, and has served in leadership positions in a number of community service organizations. She is also an active member of Bay Area Fellowship.

Holding an MBA and BBA (in accounting) from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, Kinnison is the youngest MBA graduate in the school’s history. She is also a graduate of Leadership Corpus Christi Class XXX and was the Steering Committee Chair for Class XXXV.

Vice President
Grace Emery

Grace Emery currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors. Professionally, she works with the American Red Cross in San Antonio as an Instructor Trainer. Grace also volunteers as a Disaster Service Human Resource (DSHR) to assist with disaster relief efforts throughout the United States.

She has been a member of A La Nueva TBW in San Antonio for seven years. Grace has served in many leadership roles as President and Region Director for two years each. She is also very involved with the Get Out the Vote program for the Legislative Committee and frequently lobbies in Washington for women’s issues. Grace is also involved with AAUW, ABWA, League of Women Voters and Can We Talk.

Her most memorable contribution so far to BPW/TBW was in 2007, as BPW/USA ID Committee Member, Grace helped the facilitation of the Women Joining Forces Program at the Policy and Action Conference in Washington, D.C.

She has been married for 40 years, and has three daughters and six grandchildren. In her spare time she hikes all over Texas and Utah, bird watches every day, and loves to go to the coast to relax.

Treasurer
Glenda Raichlen

Glenda Raichlen is Treasurer for TBW. Glenda travelled the world as an Air Force officer, serving 27 years and recently retired as a Colonel. She presently works as an independent contractor for document management businesses, demonstrating software and providing project management.

Glenda joined the San Antonio TBW local in 1993. She has served in various positions at the local, regional and state levels: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Auditor, Legislative Committee, Program Chair, Director at Large and Chair Director at Large. She was selected at Columbus BPW Woman of the Year 1997 and was named the first TBW Woman to Watch 2010.

Glenda chaired the Special Olympics for the island for Okinawa in 2004 and continues to be an active in several organizations. Annually she is an AARP tax preparer volunteer and is active with the Salvation Army Angel Tree and the SA Food Bank. She is serving a two year term as member of the Citizen’s Advisory Action Board for the San Antonio Department of Police.

Glenda earned a BA in Math and English from Angelo State University, a Master of Systems Management from Boston University, and is completing an MBA at the University of Texas in San Antonio.

Glenda enjoys reading, traveling, and volksmarching (from German Volksmarsch meaning “peoples’ march” a form of non-competitive fitness walking). She has two daughters and four grandchildren.

Recording Secretary
Pat Bell

Pat has been a member of BPW/TBW since October of 2002.  She is a member of Austin Capital City TBW and has held several leadership roles such as Local Organization President, Region Two Director for two terms and most recently, Director at Large position before becoming the Recording Secretary for 2011 - 2012. 

She has also served on national committees including the BPW Transition Task Force and National Individual Development Committee. A public speaking enthusiast, Pat represented the State of Texas and won the National Business & Professional Women (BPW) Individual Development Speech Contest in 2008 at national convention.  A past Toastmaster member, she won local and area Inspirational Speech Contest and Achieved the Competent Toastmaster Member (CTM) designation.

Creating training programs and presentations for TBW members brings Pat tremendous joy.  She has been involved in several task force groups focusing on meeting the changing needs of the statewide organization.  A continued emphasis on building TBW membership,  "One member at a time", is Pat's driving goal. Her 25 year career in human resources has been rich with many experiences and spans several industries including Consumer Products, Telecommunications, IT Consulting, Start-ups, Nonprofit IT Initiatives and Retail. 

Her passion is encourage and enlighten employers regarding the unknown challenges/secrets of success to get the best out of employees.  A mother of three beautiful children, she is learning to enjoy every day and treasures the rich foundation women before her have laid through their sacrifices and commitment to empower women.

Parliamentarian
Gwen Dav

Gwen retired after 27 years  as an in-house accountant for an independent oil operator in the Dallas Metro area. 

She has been a member of BPW/TBW since 1962, and served as State President in 1981-82.

Gwen received her parliamentary training under the guidance of Lena Hardcastle, Registered Parliamentarian. She has served as Parliamentarian for local organizations, District, and Region.
