Deborah Arrington

By presenting workshops to encourage personal growth from the inside out, Deborah Arrington uses her skills as a Certified Corporate Trainer to provide opportunities to delve into our adult minds through thought and knowledge of others.  She has presented a variety of training sessions, including the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and The Four Elements of Success.  She is an Advanced Toastmaster Gold and Advanced Leader Bronze through Toastmasters International.

Deb has served TBW as ID Chair, Personal Development Chair & Leadership Chair. Her contributions to TBW include creating the Personal Development Program & Meetings in a Box.

Family is most important to Deb & in her spare time, she builds scrapbooks, reads & volunteers for the American Red Cross.

Cheryl Harris
With a career in print production, Cheryl Harris has been active in communications, helping produce the Texas Woman magazine and is currently serving her eighth year as Editor. With an interest in helping young women take advantage of education and preparing them for the workplace, she began working with the “Choices” mentoring program that helped middle school girls understand their potential. The local program received national attention for the progress on creating confidence and self-respect for these young women.

Over the years, Cheryl served as her local organizations’ president and was a member of the State Board as Public Relations Chair and Nominating Committee member.  

With grown children, Cheryl works for a non-profit environmental company and volunteers in the Dallas/Ft.Worth Metroplex.
Tina Pollock

With a background of 20 years in the print media and photography, Tina Pollock became a woman in transition going back to school in 2005 entering the health care profession as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Finding it to be a fascinating and rewarding career, she continued her education to be a Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor in August 2007 and certified became a Continuing Education Provider for massage therapists in 2008.

She is owner of Massage Educators of North Texas, LLC and is a contractor with the Palms Salon and Day Spa in Cleburne, where she practices therapeutic and medical massage.

Tina has served in various leadership roles at the local, region and state levels throughout her 24+ years as a TBW member. As a graduate of the Leadership Program and Personal Development, Tina utilizes these skills in her business.

In her spare time, she serves as chairperson of Hill College Spa Technology Advisory Board, enjoys working in her yard, and volunteers in several capacities at her church.
